Discover a different approach to living at Array, an intimate 12-lot residential community in Orange County where thoughtful architecture, sustainability, and nature come together in North Carolina`s first 100% net-zero neighborhood. One of only two remaining undeveloped homesites, Lot 4 offers approximately 1.33 wooded acres to create a custom home surrounded by mature trees and a community designed with the natural environment in mind. Lot 4 borders one of Array`s most compelling features: a 31 acre conserved open space permanently protected from future development by a perpetual easement granted by Orange County. Other neighborhood features include a picturesque pond welcoming residents at the entrance, over 2 miles of walking trails winding through the natural landscape, a community picnic shelter/gathering space, and future plans for a community garden. With just 12 residential lots and restrictions against further subdivision, the community offers a distinctive alternative to conventional neighborhood development. Array`s residential building standards emphasize energy efficiency, sustainable design, and thoughtful architecture, creating a neighborhood where homes and their natural surroundings complement one another. For those seeking a secluded wooded homesite in a community that values conservation, design, and a connection to nature, Lot 4 presents an opportunity to create something truly personal.
