Auction terms - Public Auction, Thursday May 16th 2024, at 5:30 pm Keelan McLeish, Auctioneer. Terms: 10% down non-refundable deposit day of sale, balance due within 30 days. Proof of funds for CASH sale and from lending institution or conventional loan approval letter must be presented at auction before the bid is accepted. Property sells with no warranties implied or expressed, sold AS IS condition. Buyer is responsible for any and all inspections prior to sale. Property sold with no contingencies.
