Nicely updated home with a new kitchen, freshly refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint and general freshening up. I believe this house has the largest back yard in the area. It is entirely fenced and well maintained. The garage is attached and facing the front of the house off the driveway so no need to drive down the alley and try to squeeze into a garage. There is ample street parking but in this neighborhood it also very nice to have a driveway that you can park 2 cars in as well as a garage. Hampton village is a few hundred yards away with shops and restaurants. There is a micro brewery around the corner. Buder elementary is a block down the street and the Macklind district is 2 blocks away. This neighborhood is very walkable. You can go out for dinner and drinks and not even need an uber to get home! The house speaks for itself. Come and see it and you will love it.
