The elementary, middle and high school are all on the same campus and within walking distance. Lots of great shopping just on the other side of Capital Boulevard with many local restaurants and our own neighborhood movie theater.

We've had the best 13 years raising our kids in this cul de sac. Our kids are now out of college (as are most of our neighbors that have moved away) and a new Generation of Mayhurst Place are occupying many of the homes. We'd love a great family to have all of the love and luck we've had in this home and enjoy raising their family in the best city in the country to do so.
