I love the area!!! My teenage daughter and I can do just about anything we want and never drive more than 5 miles from home. The mall, Target, tons of restaurants, parks, two movie theaters, multiple nail spas and Barnes & Noble are all within just a few miles of our home. Downtown Cary is beautiful and has a quaint historic charm.

I moved to Cary when I was in high school. I lived down the street from my current home and graduated from Cary High School. Purchasing my town house felt like coming home. There are so many things to do in the area with my daughter that I did with my mom growing up. I love the area and my town house. Unfortunately, as a working mom with a teenage daughter, it is simply too big. The older my daughter gets the more she is away from home either with friends, at soccer events or spending time with her dad and his family. I almost feel selfish with all this space because I know there is a bigger family out there that needs the space and would love to live in this area. Whoever buys our town home will love living here!!! The neighborhood is very quiet, well maintained and close to everything. On Saturdays, my daughter and I can go shopping, have a spa day, grab lunch and see a movie all within 5 miles of our home. It's amazing!! We are purchasing a new home after the sell of our current townhome. I told our buying agent that I will happily rent an apartment for 6-12 months if that's how long it takes to find our next home to ensure it is in the same area.
